Rankro provides automated SEO indexing tools, including "Organic Drip-Feed" for Google and direct submission APIs for Bing, Yandex, and other search engines. We define specific daily limits (e.g., 200 URLs/day for new sites) to prioritize domain safety and avoid spam penalties.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing: The Service is offered under a subscription model (e.g., "Pro Subscription" at €5.99/month).
Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Submit URLs that contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or access it via unauthorized means.
• resell or sublicense the Service without our express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to improve your search engine indexing, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or indexing times, as these are ultimately controlled by third-party search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Creativ Digital Agency SRL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Google Search Console API and Bing IndexNow API. By using our Service, you also acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service of these respective platforms where applicable.
